Research Group

  • I lead the research group in the field of 'Insulation and Dielectrics', which comprises of 06 PhD students and 01 Masters Student.
    The research group members have been in the fields (however, not limited to) of 'Condition Monitoring of Power Apparatus', 'New Insulation Materials for High Voltage Cables, Electric Machines and Wide Bandgap Power Electronic Modules' and Degradation mechanisms in Li-ion Batteries.
    This research is primarily/in-part sponsored by the SERB, Ministry of Coal and CPRI, Bangalore.
    We always welcome the enthusiastic and like-minded researchers to my research group to shape the future research in the above, however not limited, fields.
